Felix Lenhard
Venture builder, innovation strategist, and hands-on operator with 20+ years of experience taking ideas from concept to scale.
Felix has spent two decades at the intersection of strategy and execution—inside corporations, alongside startups, and building his own ventures. He's led innovation programs that processed 1,000+ startup applications per batch, deployed €5M+ in seed investments, and launched ventures that hit €60M+ ARR within their first year.
But his foundation is technical. Before moving into innovation leadership, Felix delivered 350+ automations to industrial giants like Porsche, Magna, Sandvik, and VÖEST. He started his career developing embedded software for early MP3 technology at ams AG. He holds an electronics engineering diploma and a Master's in Innovation Management.
